What we actually do
We buy returned and surplus retail stock in volume, sort it into load classes by condition basis and department, and sell it on by the pallet or the trailer. We do not open, test, grade or itemise it, and the price reflects that.
Why the photographs are representative
Every listing describes a class of load we source repeatedly, not a single pallet that exists once. Contents differ from one order to the next, so a photograph shows what a load of that class looks like rather than the exact pallet you will receive. Photographing each individual pallet would imply we had inspected and itemised it, and we have not.

You get an order number with the payment details. Quote it as the reference.

We process and release
1 to 2 business days once payment clears.

The carrier moves it
1 to 7 business days in transit on the mainland. Liftgate free if you need one.

You check it and sign
Inspect before the driver leaves. Anything damaged goes on the Bill of Lading there and then.
