What you are buying
Every listing on this site describes a class of load that we source on a repeating basis. A listing is not a single unique pallet photographed for that listing.
The listing states the class of load, the condition basis and an approximate count.
Contents, brands and size mix differ from one order to the next.
Photographs are representative of the class, not of the pallet you receive.
A stated count approximates what a load of that class usually holds. It is not a guarantee.
A listing may be withdrawn at any time before an order is accepted.
Condition
Unmanifested. No itemised list is provided for any load.
Sold as-is. Loads are not individually inspected or tested.
Part of a load is usually new or still tagged; the rest is returned stock whose condition varies.
No estimated retail values and no expected resale figures are published.
Who can buy
Anyone in United States who can receive a freight delivery. You do not need to be a business, you do not need a resale certificate and you do not need a tax ID to place an order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when payment clears and we confirm it. A listing may be withdrawn at any time before an order is accepted, and where that happens anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profit or for resale outcomes, which depend on decisions and markets outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute is subject to the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
