Freight is included in the price you see on the listing. There is no shipping line added at checkout, and there is no fuel surcharge waiting for you at the end.
Two separate clocks run, and it helps to keep them apart. The first is the time it takes us to process and release your load once payment clears. The second is the time the carrier takes to move it.
Those are business days, so a weekend or a public holiday sits outside them.
The transit figure above is for the mainland United States. Alaska and Hawaii take longer and the exact time depends on the sailing or flight schedule that week. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm the timing for your address before you pay.
Pallets move on freight, not on a parcel network. That means a truck, and a truck needs somewhere to unload.
This is the part worth reading twice, because it is the one thing on this page you cannot fix afterwards.
Look at the load while the driver is still there. If anything is damaged, crushed, torn or short, write it on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves. You have 48 hours to raise a freight claim, and that deadline belongs to the carrier, not to us.
Once a delivery is signed for clean, no freight claim can ever be filed. Not by you, and not by us on your behalf. A clean signature tells the carrier the load arrived intact, and nothing undoes that afterwards.
Shortages are a separate matter and are not covered. These loads are unmanifested, so there is no itemised list to count a delivery against. There is no document that could establish what was missing.
