Payment clears first, then the load is scheduled. That order matters on freight-included pricing, because the carrier is booked against a paid order.
How to pay
Orders are placed on the site and paid by bank transfer. Once you place an order you get confirmation with the payment details and your order number. Quote the order number as the payment reference so we can match it without asking you.
What happens after you pay
Your payment clears and the order is confirmed.
We process and release the load. That takes 1 to 2 business days.
The carrier collects and moves it. That takes 1 to 7 business days.
You check it against the Bill of Lading and sign.
Prices
The price on a listing is the price you pay. Freight is inside it. There is no separate shipping charge, no liftgate charge and no handling fee added at checkout.
Prices are in US dollars and apply to delivery within United States.
Refunds
An approved claim is refunded within 5 business days of an approved claim, to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund.
