No. No load on this site comes with a manifest, and there is no version of a listing that includes one. Unmanifested is the product.
What are the goods worth at retail?
We do not publish retail values or expected resale figures, for any load. Any figure we gave you would be a guess about your market, your channel and your pricing, and it would read as a promise.
Do I have to be a business to buy?
No. Anyone in United States who can receive a freight delivery can order. No resale certificate, no business licence, no tax ID.
How much does shipping cost?
Free US shipping, included in the listed price. There is no separate charge at checkout and a liftgate is free if you need one.
How long will it take to arrive?
1 to 2 business days to process, then 1 to 7 business days in transit, so 2 to 9 business days in total. Alaska and Hawaii take longer and we will confirm before you order.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Write it on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves, and raise it within 48 hours. That deadline is the carrier's. Once a delivery is signed for clean, no freight claim can be filed.
The load is short. Is that covered?
No. Shortages are excluded, because an unmanifested load has no itemised list to count a delivery against.
Half the electronics do not work.
On an untested returns load that is the condition basis, not a defect. The 30 days after delivery window covers a load that is materially not the class described or was sent in error.
Can I choose what is in the load?
No. Contents, brands and size mix differ from one order to the next, and we do not sort to an order.
Is the photograph the actual pallet I get?
No. Photographs are representative of the class of load, not of the pallet you receive.
Can I change my mind?
Cancel free at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, change of mind is not accepted, there are no exchanges, and you would pay return freight if you asked for the load back.
