Name, delivery address, email and the contents of your order

We are told that a bank transfer cleared. We do not see or store your bank credentials.

Anything you send us through the contact form or by email
Site usage
Standard server logs and the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep a cart and a session
Why we hold it
To take payment, book freight, deliver your order, handle a claim, and meet the record-keeping we are required to do. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone beyond the carrier moving your load and the payment and accounting services we are obliged to use.
How long
Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Contact messages that do not become orders are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your choices
Email support@stockledgerliquidators.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it unless a record has to be kept for a legal reason, and if that applies we will tell you which record and why.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies WooCommerce needs for a cart, a session and checkout. Blocking those in your browser will stop the cart working.
