There is no warranty on a liquidation load, and it is worth explaining why rather than just stating it.
Everything here is sold as-is. The goods are customer returns, shelf pulls and overstock that we do not open, test or grade. We cannot warrant the condition of something we have not inspected, and any warranty we offered would be a promise we had no way to keep.
What that means in practice
Condition
As-is. Not individually inspected or tested.
Function
Not tested. A proportion of any returns load does not work.
Completeness
Not guaranteed. Missing parts, manuals and power supplies are normal.
Packaging
Frequently opened or damaged, including on unused goods.
Manifest
Not provided, for any load.
What you are still covered for
Selling as-is does not mean you have no recourse at all. Two routes stay open, and they are the same two set out on the returns page.
Freight damage, noted on the Bill of Lading within 48 hours, before the driver leaves.
A load that is materially not what was described, or was sent in error, reported within 30 days after delivery.
Manufacturer warranties, where any individual item still carries one, are between you and that manufacturer. We are not a party to them and we cannot administer a claim on one.
